First Baptist Church of Maumelle is seeking a full-time Children's Director. The following information is taken directly from the job description for the position:
The Children’s Ministry Director is responsible for the development and implementation of the vision, strategy, and tactical elements for all programs, activities, and educational aspects of the children’s ministry of First Baptist Church Maumelle (FBCM). Primary focus areas will be Children’s Sunday Morning (JOY) and Wednesday Evening (JAM) Children’s Activities, Special Children’s Activities, Vacation Bible School, Nursery, and the Families First Ministry Center. The children’s ministry will serve as a foundation and pipeline for introducing children to foundational Bible truths and the Gospel with a view to bringing children to Christ and beginning the discipleship process in their lives. The years included under children’s ministry for FBC Maumelle are birth to completion of 5th grade. Additional ministry foci will include facilitating Women’s Ministry, ensuring an ongoing social media presence for FBCM, and helping develop missions opportunities for the members of FBCM.
