Youth Director

Job Summary:

The Youth Director will be responsible for planning, leading, and teaching youth programming, including Sunday school, Wednesday night gatherings, and special events.  This role is ideal for someone with a heart for ministry and a desire to mentor and engage the next generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and facilitate Bible-based lessons for teens on Sundays and Wednesday evenings.
• Plan and coordinate youth activities, events, and service opportunities.
• Build relationships with students and their families.
• Recruit, train, and lead youth ministry volunteers.
• Communicate regularly with parents and church leadership.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and spiritually enriching envioronment

Required Qualifications:

• Strong Christian faith and a passion for youth ministry.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create lesson plans and lead group discussion.
• Pass a background check.
