Wooster First Baptist Church in Wooster, AR is seeking a full-time Family Minister. We believe that God is already preparing the way for this individual to join us in our commitment to love God and love others. We are blessed with a pastor who preaches the Word, a growing congregation of all ages, a dynamic youth group, a great facitility, and a rich heritage of over 100 years.
Wooster is in Faulkner County, Arkansas, eight miles north of Conway and five miles west of Greenbrier. It is an idyllic community that features hills and valleys, farmland and subdivisions, lakes and parks, making it an excellent place for raising a family. The elementary school is within walking distance of the church and is part of the prestigious Greenbrier School District. Additionally, its proximity to three colleges makes Wooster ideal for those seeking to further their education.
Qualifications and Responsibilities: Our Family Minister is primarily responsible for youth grades 7th-12th, but will also provide guidance for our Children's Ministry volunteers. While we prefer candidates with seminary education, it is not a requirement. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
