Central Baptist Church of Magnolia, Arkansas is prayerfully seeking a full-time Senior Pastor to lead our congregation in spiritual growth, Gospel-centered ministry, and community impact. We are a Southern Baptist church affiliated with the Liberty Baptist Association and the Arkansas Baptist State Convention.
Our church is home to a loving, multigenerational congregation and has long served as a cornerstone in our community. We are committed to sound doctrine, the proclamation of the Gospel, and a clear, forward-looking vision for ministry.
The ideal candidate will:
• Meet the biblical qualifications of a pastor as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:6–9.
• Be in full agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and provide guidance to ministerial staff and church leadership teams.
• Show support for age-specific ministries, including Children, Students, College, Young Adults, Adults, and Senior Adults.
• Lead and actively participate in evangelism and community outreach.
• Support and promote missions at the local, regional, and global levels.
