Ebenezer Baptist Church located in El Dorado, AR is looking for a part-time youth minister. This could be a bi-vocational position.
Qualifications are: Acknowledgement that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior, an excitement and interest in teaching youth about God, prior leadership experience desired, experience working with youth/teens, must be at least 21 years of age, must be able to provide reliable transportation to and from the church. Direct the planning, coordination and operation of the youth program, organize Wednesday night youth services, work with your committee and pastor in determining goals and budgets. Support young people in their school activities whenever possible. This is only a small portion of what we are looking for.
