Second Baptist Church is seeking a full time pastor. The pastor will prepare sermons and lead worship on Sunday mornings and conduct a Wednesday night adult Bible study. The pastor would oversee ministry teams as needed. Our church has a growing Awana's program and children/family ministry. The pastor needs to meet all biblical qualifications for pastoring a church and must be devoted to personal prayer and Bible study. We offer a competitive compensation package for a church of our size, which includes housing in the Barton-Lexa school district.
