First Baptist Church of Nashville is seeking a full time Minister of Students/Discipleship to join our staff team. The Minister of Students/Discipleship will not only provide leadership to FBC’s student ministry with the aim of helping students come to faith in Christ and grow as Christ-followers, but will also work with the Senior Pastor and other staff members to provide leadership for FBC’s overall disciple making efforts across age groups. Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, student ministry experience, and a heart for disciple making through the local church. Salary is competitive and dependent upon education and experience.
