Childrens’ Minister/Director

The Children's Minister/Director is in charge of all things fun and faith-filled for grade school children through 6th grade and cooperating with the Pre-K coordinator and staff in a supervisory role. From spreading the joy of spiritual growth to teaching, training, and cheering on our tiny disciples, this role is all about making sure our kids become disciples who make disciples in their faith journey! The Children’s Minister/ Director will serve as an encourager and trainer for the volunteer positions in all Children’s departments. The Children’s Minister/Director must demonstrate a strong faith and commitment to Jesus Christ and be able to share his/her faith confidently, especially with our children.

We are praying that God will send us a Children’s Minister/Director who enjoys working on a team, is relational, passionate about leading kids to follow Jesus, can connect with families in the church as well as reach out to families in the community, able to take initiative as a self-starter, and be able to lead teams of volunteers to serve in the Children’s Ministry.

The Children’s Minister/Director will have an office, new computer, ministry budget, resources, and join a supportive team focused on reaching our vision of making disciples who make disciples.
