The Student and Preteen Pastor must be committed to personal spiritual growth and discipleship and have the necessary pastoral and organizational skills to effectively lead student ministry. Through mentorship and leadership, inspire and equip students to grow as followers and servants of Jesus Christ. Recruit and mentor volunteers to facilitate various youth programs and events that deepen students relationships with Christ.
